Thank you for your willingness to serve in a position at Freedom Church. Because each and every volunteer and staff participant has the potential to impact children and youth both positively and negatively, we must ensure that all those participating maintain a biblical standard of godliness in their behavior. We trust that you share our desire to protect the precious children whom God has entrusted to us.

Children’s Ministry Training & Background Check:

Each year, the costs of running a safe and effective children’s ministry increase. To help us safeguard the children entrusted to our care, we kindly ask that volunteers consider covering the cost of their mandatory MinistrySafe Sexual Abuse Awareness Training.

Volunteer Pays:

I will complete a background check and Ministry Safe training prior to volunteering by following the link provided. This link will have you enter your information and create an account and then authorize a background check and send you a link for training.

Freedom Church pays:

I will email info@freedomny.church, after I complete this form to run the background check for me and send me a link for the training.

The training link should be emailed to you after submission. It can also be made available by emailing info@freedomny.church your request.
