Co-Op Interest Form

Our Home School Co-Op is Thursday mornings as of 8/2025. We began in September 2022.

Please complete the interest form below if you are interested in enrolling your child(ren) and wish to be added to the waitlist.

Before filling out the form, please understand the following:

If it is after September, we are full. If you fill out this form we will add you to our waiting list for the next school year and will reach out via email or text in August of next year if we have room available.

You must have a child in Kindergarten or up (not accepting families with just preschoolers and toddlers at this time)
We will work hard at making accommodations AND fit as many families as possible.

Once all current family registrations are in we will attempt to contact everyone by the first week of August. Once you are contacted by directors and your enrollment is confirmed, you will be sent a link for payment, background check and ministry safe training.
