Thank you for your interest in pursuing membership at Freedom Church. Membership is a meaningful step that reflects a shared commitment to our mission, values, and spiritual community.  

According to Freedom Church Bylaws here are some of the qualifications for membership: (this is not an exhaustive list)

• Must be 16 years of age
• Must have attended Freedom Church regularly for 6mos prior to applying for membership.
• Must full agree and live your life in agreement with the Freedom Church Statement of Faith.

By submitting this form, you are registering to participate in the Freedom Church Membership Classes, a four-week experience designed to help you understand who we are, what we believe, and how we live out our faith together. These classes also provide space for discernment—both for you and for Freedom Church.

Please note:

• Registration for the membership classes does not automatically grant church membership.

• Membership is prayerfully considered following completion of the classes and any additional conversations deemed necessary by church leadership.

• Membership at Freedom Church requires agreement with and adherence to our Statement of Faith and Honor Code, which outline our core beliefs, biblical convictions, and expectations for conduct within the church community.
